My Software
AgendaReminder is a program that causes your Palm Tungsten PDA to start up the Calendar application when turned on after a specified amount of time off. It was written for folks like me who use third-party datebook applications (like the amazing DateBk5) but who like a pretty "Today" screen to show up when turning on the PDA after a predetermined time of non-use. AgendaReminder has only been tested and used on my Palm Tungsten T3. I borrowed heavily from Open Logo Hack and my brother's OffStroke in the writing of AgendaReminder. This software is distributed freely under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
From this page, you can download the AgendaReminder executable program for your Palm OS PDA.
Please note that this application has only been tested on my PDA, and as such, carries with it no warranty or guarantee that your PDA will not suffer any damage from installation or use. Use at your own risk. That being said, I think it's a fairly simple application and uses well-tested code from other products as a base, so I feel comfortable sharing it with the world.
Do you have any comments or questions? Let me know if you find any bugs, or just drop me a line if this software has been useful to you. If you have any feature requests, time (and talent) permitting, I'd be happy to oblige.
