We, of course, cannot make such a promise but assured him that God is good all of the time and He is in control.  It took several rounds of &quot;I don&#039;t want an earthquake&quot; and us saying that we don&#039;t have control but God does before he finally started answering himself with &quot;God? God in control?&quot;</description>
