		<description>Great post Evers!  I figured I'd better read this since Sven was referring to the two of us in his adoption post.  ;-)  I can't speak from the perspective of a birth father, but I certainly don't see my boys as anyone other than &lt;B&gt;my&lt;/B&gt; boys.  It's pretty difficult not to look at a baby or young child and fall totally in love.  As far as I know, I love him as much as I'd love "my own" (as though they're not my own...go figure...).  

Adoption does seem to pull a lot of pre-conceived notions into people's minds.  As it is though, its simply a way of bringing children into your family, albeit a slightly different method (read: no pains of child birth :-) ).  We are consistent advocates for adoption and can't imagine life without our boys!  Congrats and I'll be praying for you and Lois!!</description>
